Sesame is a flowering plant in the genus Sesamum. Numerous wild relatives occur in Africa and smaller number in India. It is widely naturalized in tropical regions around the world and is cultivated for its edible seeds, which grow in pods. Sesame seeds may be small, but when it comes to health benefits and flavor, they are not all that terrible.

Sesame seeds are brimming with calcium, copper, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B1 and dietary fiber. They are best eaten when the entire seed is not removed from their shell or un-hulled. Sesame seeds are also rich source of zinc, which contributes greatly to bone mineral density.

Sidick General Trading has established various points of collection where the sesame seeds are received from the farmers and agents. These small lots are stored in quality warehouse with cleaning machines to ensure proper storage, quality up gradation and hygienic packing. We aim to supply quality sesame seeds from central Africa.
